I created this website in 2025 with a simple mission: to help fellow Muslims navigate the practical aspects of planning their sacred journey to Makkah and Madinah. My inspiration came from my own experiences performing Hajj in 2024 and Umrah in October 2025, where I encountered numerous challenges that could have been avoided with better preparation and guidance.
During my Hajj journey in 2024, I struggled with understanding the visa application process, finding reliable information about accommodations near the Haram, and piecing together practical advice from scattered sources. When I performed Umrah in October 2025, I had learned from those experiences and realized how much easier the journey could be with the right guidance.
That’s when I decided to create Guide to Umrah – a centralized resource where pilgrims could find practical, experience-based advice without having to search through dozens of websites or rely on outdated information.
